Screening and explanation are separate
The screening engine evaluates retrieved trademark evidence in context and saves an outcome. The AI-assisted explanation works from the saved report and does not independently search the register or verify current ownership or status.
Evidence and uncertainty
Needs review identifies important evidence or context gaps. Evidence completeness describes available support and is not the probability of registration. Recorded-party name grouping is not verified legal ownership.
When explanation is unavailable
Your underlying screening report remains available when an AI explanation cannot be prepared. The interface shows its state. Preparing the explanation again does not change the saved screening score.
