Trust and screening transparency
Understand the evidence, limitations and controls behind the current Seneka workflow.
Sources and coverage
The searchable database combines a historical USPTO baseline with selected official daily and third-party processed additions. Database counts are dated measurements; complete register coverage and current legal status are not independently verified. The Methodology page explains the current public scope.
Your saved result
New V3 reports preserve the filing evidence used for the check. A later source update does not silently recalculate an existing report. Earlier reports are identified when frozen filing details were not recorded.
Public sharing
Opening Share explains the report information that a public link will disclose. Creating a link is an explicit action. Anyone with the link can view that shared report; its owner can revoke current public links. Revocation cannot remove copies already saved elsewhere.
