What this policy covers
The Refund Policy applies to Seneka digital products, AI-generated trademark reports, AI-generated legal information reports, subscription plans, paid platform features, API access, enterprise services, marketplace-related services if introduced, promotional offers, and other digital products or services provided through Seneka.
Because Seneka products are delivered electronically, generated on demand, or made available immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited once digital performance has started or a report has been generated.
General refund position
Seneka purchases are generally considered final once a digital report has been generated, AI processing has commenced, subscription access has been activated, premium features have been made available, or the purchased service has otherwise been provided.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually based on the product purchased, delivery status, payment records, technical records, account activity, applicable law, and the reason for the request.
When refunds may be considered
Seneka may consider refunds, partial refunds, credits, report regeneration, subscription extensions, or other remedies for issues such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, platform-side technical failures, paid access not activating, or a purchased report not being generated or made available.
Seneka may also provide refunds where required by applicable law or where Seneka approves a discretionary courtesy remedy.
When refunds are generally not available
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with report results, misunderstanding AI limitations, failure to use a purchased report or subscription, forgetting to cancel before renewal, customer device or internet issues, or disagreement with later decisions by attorneys, trademark offices, courts, or other third parties.
AI-generated reports are individualized digital products, and once AI processing has started or the report has been generated, delivered, downloaded, or made available, refunds are generally limited except where required by law or expressly approved by Seneka.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current billing period.
Customers usually retain access to paid subscription features until the end of the prepaid period unless access is terminated earlier for fraud, abuse, payment issues, legal requirements, or violation of Seneka terms.
How to request a refund
Refund requests should be submitted to support@senekalegal.com with the account email, full name, order ID, invoice or receipt, transaction ID if available, payment date, product or plan purchased, amount charged, payment method or platform, reason for the request, and any screenshots or supporting details.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may be processed by the applicable payment provider, merchant of record, app store, or other third-party billing provider.
Not legal advice
Seneka provides AI-assisted trademark information and workflow tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
