Subscription Terms

Pro monthly is $199 per month; Pro annual is $1,990 per year. Both provide 15 report unlocks per monthly allowance window. Annual payment does not provide all twelve monthly allowances at once.

Unlocking a report uses one available allowance or credit according to your account access. Reopening the same unlocked report does not consume another unlock. Unused Pro allowance does not roll over into the next allowance window.

The checkout identifies the selected subscription, billing interval and renewal conditions. For cancellation or a billing discrepancy, use the subscription-management instructions in your payment-provider communication or contact Seneka with your order reference. Do not assume that signing out cancels a subscription.
